Thank you so much for my coaching sessions, they were so unusual and a real eye opener. I don’t know what I was expecting but taking the time to step back and look at things from a different perspective made so much difference.


I was initially rather sceptical about life coaching, and wasn’t really sure what to expect. However, I found Natalie to be warm and welcoming, and immediately felt at ease chatting to her. We identified issues that I felt wanted to look at I was surprised at how much I was able to share with Natalie, who listened and supported. I came out with a few revelations and never felt judged – Natalie challenged me but only in a positive, gentle and guiding way. With results that have both surprised and pleased me. I feel stronger, more empowered, and finally feel that I have a handle on some of the areas of my life that had previously seemed elusive.


Over the three sessions, Nat illustrated an array of exercises that she thought would help. I am a visual learner which she identified immediately, so the exercises and homework she gave me were very interactive and really mirrored my style. Life coaching was really something I knew next to nothing about but going in blind did give me a very transparent level of expectation. I am thrilled to have tried something new which has offered me some very simple tools to take on into my everyday life.


The coaching with Natalie has helped me gain insight into so many ways that I can control and view my anxiety. It really lifted and my spirits and even just having a few sessions changed my outlook on a lot of things. Discussing where I am now and where I want to be in the future put things into perspective and made me feel calmer about my life choices. Natalie gave encouragement throughout and made me feel proud of where I have already overcome. The sessions were also suited and worked around what I wanted and to discuss rather than vice versa. I was never made to do anything that I was uncomfortable with. The exercises were something I had never tried before but definitely something I would use again. I would be keen to learn more excises and techniques with Natalie as she was such a reassuring, positive coach who helped me to release my anxieties and feel more positive in general.” Coaching can challenge limiting beliefs, but most importantly explores how you can take resourceful action to change your own future for the better. With new understanding and knowledge, that is you that have the answers and the skills, knowledge and resources to make changes for yourselves.


Natalie worked with a group of Year 7 and 8 girls for an eight week course during our summer term. Natalie designed a series of bespoke workshops for these learners to enable them to explore themes such as goal setting and barriers to confidence and success as well as curating an environment in which these young women were able to speak freely and openly to develop their listening and critical thinking skills. The girls very much looked forward to these sessions, feeling a real sense of ownership and belonging. I approached Natalie to design and deliver these sessions, having known her about her commitment to young people’s rights and advocacy. Irrepressibly positive, I have absolute confidence in Natalie’s skills of presentation, creativity, innovation, expert communication and her extensive knowledge of safeguarding. I am excited to welcome her back to our school next year and would not hesitate to recommend her to work with any organisation to design a learning experience such as this for young people.
